Overview

The modern sister, carved in stone

A 300 m² split-level residence among the olives and citrus, crowned by the infinity pool and its stone terraces. Six named bedrooms sleep sixteen — five of them with their own en-suite bathrooms.

The living room opens to the amphitheatrical patio and a twenty-four-hour view; the al fresco table seats twelve. A jacuzzi faces the sunset, the fire pit waits below it, and the stone barbeque kitchen keeps dinner close to the table.

The Pool

The infinity edge on the horizon

Carved into the hillside in stone and warm concrete, the pool spills straight toward the Saronic. Daybeds trace the sun across the terraces; at dusk the whole edge turns gold.

The long table seats twelve

Walk out of the living room onto the amphitheatrical patio and its twenty-four-hour view. The al fresco table seats twelve under the shade sail — lazy breakfasts, star-gazing dinners that linger. And just outside the living room, a second table seats eight more, looking straight over the pool.

The Jacuzzi Area

Hot water, front-row sunset

A round hot tub set into its own stone terrace, aimed straight at the sunset — with the fire pit and its wooden chairs a few steps below for the hours after.

The Living & Kitchen

Split levels, one big table

The living room steps down to wide glass doors and the patio beyond; the kitchen comes fully equipped — stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso — with a laundry room and an extra WC tucked behind it. Central heating, cooling and a fireplace keep every season comfortable.

The Bedrooms

Six bedrooms, five en-suite

Each bedroom carries its own name and its own calm — lux mattresses, linen, ample wardrobes. Five have en-suite bathrooms; the sixth, with two single beds, is the children’s room — it uses its parents’ bathroom, with a separate WC nearby. Sixteen guests sleep across the villa.

The View

Perdika bay, uninterrupted

From the top of the hill the villa looks over olive groves to the bay, the caïques and the open Saronic — sunrise to the left, sunset dead ahead, and nothing in between but sea.
